Mr. Punit Makharia, aged 51 years, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University. An entrepreneur at heart, he started working at a very early age and has more than two decades of experience and expertise in the chemical industry and specializes in the
sector of dyes, dye intermediates and fertilizers. He is the guiding force behind the strategic decisions of our Company and has been instrumental in planning and formulating the overall business strategy and developing business relations.
Mr. Gautam Makharia, aged 48 years, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Mumbai University and Master’s degree in Business Administration from Manchester Business School, University of Manchester. Before joining SHREE PUSHKAR he worked across General Electric (USA), Procter & Gamble (UK), Barclays Bank, and Bhaba Atomic Research Centre, thus having very rich experience across various industries. He is instrumental in improvising production efficiency, quality control and formulation of corporate policy in our Company.
Mr. Ramakant Nayak, aged 77 years, is a Certified Associate of The Indian Institute of Bankers and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Karnatak University, a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Mumbai and a Diploma in Marketing and Advertising from Rajendra Prasad College of Mass Communications & Media. He has more than 40 years of experience in the financial services industry, particularly in banking. He has served as the CEO and MD of various banks throughout his career.
Mr. Satpal Arora, aged 63 years, a resident Indian national, holds CAIIB (Both Parts) Indian Institute of Bankers and holds M.com, CS, CMA, LLB, is also an Insolvency Professional. He has more than 35 years of experience in corporate industry as a Director, Company Secretary, has spearheaded internal audit, corporate advisory and vigilance departments. Has extensive knowledge and expertise in fields of project financing, loan restructuring and other financial matters. He has also handled BIFR and litigation matters.
Aged 69 years, a resident Indian national is the founder and Managing Partner of Orbit Law Services. His core areas of practice are Banking and Project Finance, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Sharia Compliant Transactions, Project Advisory, Debt Restructuring, Bonds and
Capital Markets, litigation with specialization in NCLT matters. His other areas of expertise include Forensic Audit; Trade Finance matters relating to asset-based lending and structured finance; Factoring and Equipment lease financing.
